Gymnastics has been a personal passion of mine since I started competing at the age of six. I excelled at the sport, winning multiple championships which prompted me to compete globally finishing as a Level 10 Gymnast. Eventually, I went on to earn a scholarship to UNC Chapel Hill, which was cut short due to a severe ankle injury. I continued my passion of Gymnastics through Cheerleading at South Carolina State University. I have coached Competitive Girls' Gymnastics and Ninja classes since I was 18 years old. After I obtained a Masters Degree from Bowie State University, I had to return back to the sport that I love.

Over the years, time began to slow down for me as I focused on my other passion, my children. Being a mother of two little boys, helped me realize so many children and people of all ages lack access to a safe space that promotes self-confidence. M Squared Gymnastics provides a fun and affordable program for people of all ages to receive gymnastics training. My children inspired me to pursue this dream. M Squared Gymnastics was created to honor them both. They are the reason this dream is coming into fruition.
